sun tank 1 : onyx

Handmade using antique lace from my great grandmother & my partners great grandmother, the sun tank was created a few years ago when I had a few extra pieces of lace laying around, a piece of pointelle jersey and decided to sew it together. After wearing mine for a few summers, I wanted to share them.

The lace dates to the 1920s/30s and is paired with a minimal silhouette comprised of 100% cotton, deadstock, black pointelle jersey. A zero waste and one of a kind piece.

Width across unstretched 13.5" / stretching up to 20" (laying flat)                           Length from neckline to hem - 13.5"                                                                           Length from top of strap to hem - 22"
