Refund policy

Due to the handmade and one of a kind nature of each piece we do not offer refunds/cancellations, only exchanges for a different item or store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. All shipping costs must be paid for by the buyer and original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
